Shahri Rafi

Shahri Rafi is an admitted lawyer at the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. Shahri has extensive legal experience as corporate and commercial lawyer, working for private law firms and major Australian banks and financial institutions like Macquarie Bank, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, PayPal and most recently for a federal government investment corporation. During her legal career, she has drafted, negotiated, and successfully executed legal agreements such as consultancy, lease, share purchase, financing facilities, partnership, joint venture, payment processing, loan transactions, stockholder engagement, procurement and software as a service agreements. Shahri has broad knowledge of financial services laws, media, anti money laundering and counter terrorism, ASIC and APRA rules, spam act, privacy law, consumer protection, labor law and government rules and regulations.
Shahri believes that a good lawyer should think outside the box and always act as a problem solver.
